We have a Milk Depot located at Versiti Downtown, where approved milk donors of The Milk Bank can quickly and easily drop-off their donations of frozen breast milk.
Donated milk is transported to The Milk Bank – a nonprofit milk bank improving health outcomes for premature and ill infants – where it is processed, analyzed, pasteurized, and distributed to NICUs and hospitals across the state.

Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Saturday: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

As the postpartum nurse manager on the mother baby unit at a level four perinatal center, she knows first hand the health benefits pasteurized donor human milk provides to the tiniest patients in the NICU.
“The hospital I work at receives milk from The Milk Bank for our NICU babies, our most vulnerable population there,” she said. “People should know the impact that you can make for our Central Indiana babies by becoming a milk donor.”
